Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Solo Maxxing website and the Solo Maxxing: Life RPG mobile app ("the app"). By using either, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use them.
Who can use Solo Maxxing
You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- One account per person. Don't share it.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
- We can suspend accounts that abuse the service — see acceptable use below.
Subscriptions and payment
The core app is free. PRO is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings, not in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.
PRO unlocks features — unlimited coach chat, percentiles, streak freeze, pro arcs. It does not buy XP, ranks, or progress. Ranks are earned by completing quests, and that will not change.
Acceptable use
Don't do any of the following:
- Automate, script, or otherwise fake quest completions to inflate stats or leaderboards.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through duo, squad, or any social feature.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
- Upload content that is illegal, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Use the service to encourage self-harm, disordered eating, or dangerous training.
Health disclaimer
Solo Maxxing is not a medical service. Quests, arcs and coach output are general self-improvement suggestions produced in part by an automated system. They are not medical, psychological, nutritional, or financial advice, and they are not personalised to your health conditions.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new training, fasting, or sleep protocol — especially if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, or take medication. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. Do not rely on this app.
User content
Custom quests, journal entries and anything else you write stay yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display that content back to you, and to your squad where you've chosen to share it. We don't use your journal to train models.
Availability and changes
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product develops. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll say so in the app or by email before it takes effect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Solo Maxxing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, income, or outcomes you hoped to achieve. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You can stop using Solo Maxxing whenever you want. We can suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, and will tell you why unless we're legally prevented from doing so.
